Too much weight in your backpack
It is crucial to promote good posture and prevent less favorable habits and behaviors from an early age. The extra weight in the backpack can cause low back pain and other spinal pain in children, which is not an unknown problem for parents. In order to prevent this type of problem, it is necessary that the child: – has a good sitting posture in the classroom and at home; – carry the backpack correctly (using the two straps); – do not carry too much weight in the backpack (10% of body weight); – practice regular physical activity; – maintain a balanced diet; – do not use technological equipment for a prolonged period.
